Every Monday for the past few years, we’ve been lucky enough to be part of the MidAmerican Conference Coaches’ Teleconference. Today was a special one though, as it not only marked the first one of this season, it was also the first time many Cardinal fans will get to hear the dulcet tones of awesome emanating from Coach Pete Lembo as he rocked his first MAC conference call. Not that it’s surprising as he’s been engaging and energetic since moment one, but it was a nice change of pace compared to some of the conference calls we’ve sat through in recent memory. This time around, Coach speaks about the lead up to IU, the transformation of the program, and even handles the fact that a Bloomington writer asks how Eric Williams is going to do this season.
