Ball State to Play the Sooners

Remember back in the late 1990s and early 2000s when Ball State football was known solely as the MACrificial whorebag program who would rent out their asses for BCS caliber teams to kick? That was so much fun watching Kansas State, Wisconsin, etc. have their way with us, leave the check on the nightstand, and wipe themselves off on the curtains. According to the Daily News, it looks like happy days are here again as the Cardinals are traveling to Norman, OK in 2011 to play the Oklahoma Sooners. Yes, those Oklahoma Sooners who struggle with not running it up. Those Oklahoma Sooners who won the national title in 2000. It will be the first time the Sooners and Cards lock up, and Oklahoma looks to be a Top 10 team again next season with a good shot at a national title run.

Ed Norton, any thoughts on how this game will go?

Thanks. October 1st, 2011 Cardinals fans. You have a full year to prepare your anuses.

  1. I am Jack’s twitching sphincter.

  2. I am Jack’s two FCS losses in the past two years 😉

Let’s face it 9-3 BSU team who might lose to OSU or Iowa would not be an embarrassment.

I rather like the one sceduled OOC Drubbing Buffalo has a year (ok two out of four drubbings this season, and next years not looking so hot). Like it or not Mid Majors need the money and it’s a great goal to set.

Is OSU the ideal power to play? that would be ND, OSU, or any other Big Ten program but what are you going to do.
